Dr. Nicoletta Policek is an academic and a visionary leader in HIV advocacy with over 40 years of lived experience. As Executive Director of the European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) and Co-Chair of the HIV Prevention Alliance, she champions bold HIV prevention strategies while amplifying the voices of women and older people living with HIV—groups often marginalized in the conversation. Through her leadership, Nicoletta drives change, challenges stigma, and reshapes the discourse around HIV, aging, meaningful involvement and empowerment.
