Magdalena is the CEO of Foundation for Social Education, a Polish non-governmental organization based in Warsaw. She represents this organization on AIDS Action Europe, the civil Society Forum for HIV, hepatitis, and TB, and COBATEST Network. Within her organization, she coordinates testing and harm reduction programs. She is a member of the group of experts at the Polish AIDS Scientific Society. She is also a member of EATG, EACS and IAS. Magdalena holds a PhD in Sociology.
